During
a recent Speech and Drama practice , Anthony, our Mentor in Gua
Musang, along with a team of teachers and enthusiastic students turned an empty stage into a lively, moral story.
All
the students were able to practice their English skills, whilst at the
same time interact with their friends,, with many of the children involved experiencing being part of a Speech, and Drama practice, for the first time.
Straight after
the class , the enthusiastic children asked their teachers if they can practice again, leading to their teachers suggesting including a play by the children in a planned end of the school year concert.
The teachers said," Speech and Drama really helps the students to practice their English skills , in a fun way, and boost their confidence in speaking."
